Easter Opening Hours

Our business is closed on Good Friday (Friday 29th March) and Easter Monday (Monday 1st April). There will be no delivery services available on these dates. Please exclude the bank holiday dates from all delivery timescales specified online. Our internet sales office is open between 9am-12pm on Saturday as normal. Any orders placed or queries received over that weekend, will be processed and responded to on Tuesday 2nd April when we return.

Order Processing Cut off

To ensure we have maximum opportunity to process your order efficiently our order cut off time is 12:30pm. Orders received prior to 12:30pm will be processed that same day. Orders received after 12:30pm will be processed the following working day. Processing dates are not included within the delivery timescales specified online.

Delivery Methods

Parcels - This applies to the majority of small items such as taps and radiator valves. These are sent via Evri or DHL.

Large Products Items such as kitchen sinks or radiators will be sent directly from our supplier

Delivery Time

Delivery time estimates are displayed on the individual product page underneath the quantity button. Applicable timescales to your full basket contents will be displayed at the basket page prior to purchasing.

Delivery Cost

Delivery costs are calculated depending on the full basket contents. Due to some items being larger or heavier, these cost more to send. Only one delivery charge will be applied to the order and this will cover the most expensive delivery charge.
