A contemporary Prima+ tap in copper with a polished finish. This tap requires a minimum water pressure of 1.5 bar to operate properly. Comes with tank and UK manufactured filter (life expectancy of filter is 8-16 months).

Order Processing Cut off

To ensure we have maximum opportunity to process your order efficiently our order cut off time is 12:30pm. If your order is received before 12:30pm, please allow the number of working days specified on the product page or chosen delivery service to commence from the next working day. If you order after 12:30pm, then the order will not be processed until the following working day and delivery time scales will commence after this date. Please do not include the processing date within delivery timescales. If you do require an order urgently, please do not hesitate to contact us to discuss your options.

For example if you order on Friday before 12:30pm on the 2 – 4 Working Day service, then the last expected day for delivery would be Thursday of the following week, if you order on Friday after 12:30pm then the last expected day for delivery would be the following Friday.
Please Note: Our contact centre is now open on a Saturday between 9:00am - 12:00pm for customer enquiries, any orders taken will be processed on the following working day.

Delivery Methods

Very Small Products - Usually sent via Royal Mail. Higher value items are sent via Evri.

Small Products - Usually sent via Evri. Higher value items are sent via parcel carrier.

Medium Products - Usually sent via a parcel carrier.

Large Products - Usually sent via a parcel carrier. These items are more expensive to send due to size or weight.

Oversized Products - These items are usually sent with our own delivery team where possible and are sometimes sent on a pallet.

Bulky Products - These items are sent via a specialised courier and are sometimes sent on a pallet. Due to the nature of these products they are the most expensive to deliver.

Special Delivery Types - Some of our product have specialised delivery methods. More information can be found on the "Delivery Calculator" tab on the product.

Delivery Time

Delivery Time estimates are provided on each product page just below the Product Code and Product Stock Levels but the actual delivery time could vary depending on the service chosen at the checkout. For example an item may be available within 2 – 4 working days, however if you then select a 5 – 7 working day service at the checkout, then the delivery will be within 5 – 7 working days. 


Delivery Cost

The “Delivery Information” tab on the product pages has information on the delivery services available and the cost for that product. To calculate your delivery charge for a complete order, simply add your items to your basket and then go to the basket page by using the “Your Basket” link at the top right hand side of the page. Click on “Estimate Delivery” on the right hand side and enter your postcode into the box provided. The delivery options will automatically appear below. Select the option required to update your basket total to include your chosen delivery service.

Returns Information

Cancelling Orders

You have the right to cancel your order prior to dispatch at no cost to yourself. These cancellation rights do not apply to “made to order” items. You will be notified if an item is “made to order” prior to placing the order.

For orders cancelled once the goods have been dispatched, a refund will be provided less any costs we incur having the goods returned to our distribution centre.

Returns

To start a return simply fill in the following form RETURNS FORM

All returns require a return number and returns paperwork which will be sent to you via email once our customer care team have received your request and processed the return.

We offer a 30 day returns period for unwanted items to be returned, starting from the day of your delivery, providing these are un-opened and in their original packaging. We do not accept returns after 30 days, nor for products that have been installed.

The customer covers the cost of returns, unless stated otherwise in written confirmation by a member of our customer service team. We do not offer an exchange service, you will need to place a new order for the product you require and return the product not required.


Returning Unwanted Items

Items must be in the condition in which they were delivered to you in order to be resold as new. As per the consumer contracts regulations, goods may only be handled to the same extent that they could be if you visited us in store. We do not accept any returns after the 30 day period.

If you wish to return any goods you must first fill in the returns form above with the relevant attachments so that our team can generate your returns number and paperwork. Sending any goods back without the returns note can result in delays with your refund or rejection of the delivery to our warehouse.

Returning items must be un-opened, in the original packaging and in the condition in which the goods were delivered to you. If the packaging has been opened, please fill in the returns form with your attached photos to show the condition of the product and our customer service team will get back to you. Please note, this does not mean that your return is automatically accepted.

All returns to our warehouse will be quality checked with an eligible refund processed within 48 hours of return. The refund will be made back to your original payment method. Please note: refund times are determined by your bank and not Plumbing World.

Please note – returns will incur a handling charge of up to 30% to cover quality check costs and any returns to the supplier.

You must return the goods via your chosen courier and at your own cost, the costs will vary dependant on the dimensions, weight, your location and the courier service you select, we strongly advise you to obtain an estimate of the cost of returning the item so you are prepared in the event a return is necessary. You will be responsible for any loss or damage of returned items so we recommend selecting a courier that provide the relevant insurance to cover the item(s) you are looking to return. We recommend that you select a tracked return and take photographs for your records prior to returning your item(s) to us. See Distance Selling Regulations and the Consumer Contracts Regulations for further information on your responsibility to return.

Do not add any tape to un-opened items. Items have to be re-sold and the removal of certain tapes destroys the manufacturers packaging.

No postage labels should be used on product packaging. Please use additional postage bags, boxes or wrap and add the label to the outside of this. Fees will be deducted if the removal of tapes and label causes damage to the manufacturers packaging.

In the event that the goods are not in the manufacturers packaging, have parts missing or can’t be resold as new, we reserve the right to make a deduction of up to 100% of the purchase price from the refund to cover the loss in value of the item.

We reserve the right to refuse returns where the product is returned damaged, which therefore renders this unsuitable for resale.

Returning Faulty Items

If you believe the item to be faulty or defective, we must have written confirmation of the fault within 30 days of receipt, starting from the day you received delivery. You can outline any details and upload photographic evidence using the returns form, including a full length image or video of the product to identify where the damage/fault is located. If confirmed a manufacturing defect we are liable to replace the goods or provide a refund. Please note, certain manufacturers may require to test the product in order to define the fault.

Once the goods have been installed you are only covered by the manufacturer’s warranty in accordance with their terms and conditions. If the goods are within the manufacturers guarantee period they will arrange to replace or repair the goods as per the manufacturers guarantee.
